Modified icons and added two command arguments /ttta stick and /ttta unstick (should be selfexplanatory).

Now also shows different icons for target and sticky-target in worldmap.

Will add red-flashing-icons when in combat soon, since i miss that in BG's.

Rewritten a lot of the code. Implemented a calibration frame that can save calibration data about instance-zones in the config. Pr. default im releasing this version with calibration data for all battlegrounds, but there's nothing wrong with calibrating it with all other instances, as long as they have coordinates.

Frames and session-saving logic are done using Ace3, so that's added too.

I know there are issues with the sticky target function when you leave raids/battelgrounds. I will look into that when i have time.
