We watch combatlog for shaman death and remove all their totems on death.
We watch UNIT_HEALTH and if a shaman's health reaches zero, we remove all their totems. This is good if we're out of range of their death (like BGs)

Changed how I handle scenes due to AVR's author recommendation.
Minimap and AVR rings can be coloured by school now. (On by default). I'm now using inside/outside alpha to indicate if we're within range.
Removed minimap and AVR solid textures. They looked ugly and blocked the view of what was under.

Inside/Outside ring colour now affects the alpha on minimap rings.
Added "Inside/outside ring transparency" sliders to AVR tab.
Added totem colour ring which is coloured by the totem school and sits a inch inside the range circle.
