* Fixed the wave-arm-in-the-air-constantly bug. Or at least, I believe I did.
  I never could reproduce it myself, but I did find bug that prevented the
  "safety" code from working. Now, if the tracking can't be set after a few
  seconds, Track-o-Matique will give up and stop trying. This was always the
  intention, but alas there was a bug that stopped stopped it from being
  triggered.

* Improved the Feign Death detection and handling.

* Added Shadowmeld support. Alliance rejoice. Shadowmeld is now treated the
  same as Feign Death. Untested since I don't have any alliance characters
  above level 19...

* Removed the "restore delay" option. It should no longer be needed with the
  improved Feign Death detection, and it had known issues with botching up
  the actual restoring of tracking options.
