    CLEU and tracking optimizations
    Implement basic actor tracking for damage. Needs severe polishing still.
    nitpick: rename Core.lua to core.lua
    Recreate LDB within addon's global table. Register callbacks to update ldb text string from core.
    Split off LDB data source from core and update TOC. Dont load if player isnt a Rogue.
    Localize non local variables
    Separate options from core. Create options.lua and update TOC to reflect.
    Remove debug code
    Fix horrible typo that caused damage by target to be misrepresented. TOC fix for LibSink and OptDep.
