Please provide any additional information below.

This became an issue after the last patch.  I have deleted the Underhood files, profiles etc and reinstalled - reset up and this problem still reproduced on a fresh setup.

Somehow, the above that I posted only seems to be an issue on my mage. I have deleted everything, reinstalled, set up UH on my warlock, shaman etc and everything works fine; buffs show. As soon as I go to the mage and either a) set up UH for her own profile or b) use one of the profiles above that work, that error message pops up and no buffs will show. I use the same addons for all toons so not sure what I can do to help narrow this issue down.
