What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in
2. Open Chat Window.
3. Type Korean or non-latin languages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Typed languages should be shown as corresponding language, not ???

What version of the product are you using?
1.8.5, with US Client 4.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?
It doesn't create error log.

Please provide any additional information below.
It works as intended if the non-latin language was typed elsewhere, i.e. notepad, and pasted from clipboard. Just impossible to type these languages in the game.
