Utopia: Added category details on icon click to show all classes in category sorted by ability to apply debuff type.

Utopia: Another large update.
- Can now click on the icons to show more details of the debuff, and a list of who can apply it at what levels in your current group.
- Fixed issue with Judgements of the Just and Master Poisoner. Will assume these debuffs if a person with those talents applied the triggering debuff.
- Now un-highlights the second judgement icon if only 1 paladin in group and a judgement is applied.

Utopia: Engine improvements.
- Will pick up debuffs on your current target now, regardless if it's currently engaged by your group. So things work if you join in late.
- Will scan unit debuffs on target change to account for those ones that don't appear in combat log (Savage Combat, Blood Frenzy), and also allows for joining a fight late.
- Will deactivate engine when you zone into a battleground.

Utopia: Big change.
- Fixed Insect Swarm not having a pre-requisite talent.
- Had to re-arrange the profiles somewhat, which means you lost your old settings. Sorry about that, but it's a once only change, and a lot more sensible now with proper profile usage.
- More display options, border etc. Optional.
- Removed some more debug messages, should only leave the ones that are an issue.

Utopia: Adjusted description for Expose Armor to show combos instead of stacks. There is no way currently to tell if a rogue used 1 or 5 CP for this. Utopia will always assume 5 CP.

Utopia: Massive update.
- Now uses combat log so debuff ownership and reliable values can be presented. Behaviour for this when you come into range of something that was not visible before is yet un-tested and un-accounted for, so don't be surprised if it doesn't like it.
- Hunter pets now accounted for, and show the correct availablility of debuffs dependant on pet type.
- NOTE: Savage Combat (combat rogue) won't work at all atm cos I'm gonna have to work around the bug that WoW omits it from combat log entirely.
