Added code to watch for Glyph of Insect Swarm. As stated in LibGroupTalents-1.0 latest commit, we can only determine glyphs of players running the library for the moment.

All talent querying functionality moved over to the new LibGroupTalents-1.0 library. Much simpler to maintain for the future with all of that query logic firmly in it's proper place. Testing would be appreciated.

Probably fixes issue with DK not showing Improved Icy Talons as active (they don't get the buff, but have Icy Talons instead).

Utopia: In automatic mode, icons are now separated into relevant sections to make things clearer. 1) Things specific to your class role that you're interested in. 2) Things you need because you're a mana user. 3) Things you don't really care about, but you can cast.
