Added ranked spellIDs to internal lookups, which should make most things work again.
Details frame should show max ranks for rankable talents now.

Huge internal code change to allow for debuffs of same name from different sources (Demo Roar from druids or hunter pets for example).
Basically, everything internally now running off of Spell IDs instead of Spell Names.
>>> WARNING <<< This will break some things I'm certain. Code all seems to work, but I'll guarantee that there will be spells that don't trigger because although the spell name is correct, the spell ID of the applied aura won't match. I'll need your help to track those suckers down please. :)

Fixed spells being missed if the same class has two solutions for it (such as Gore and Tendon Rip from hunter pets).
Allow multiple pet types.
Custom frame no longer displays blank slots for spells that are no longer present in the game, they're instead removed from config.
