What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

• Make the layout config for custom separate. It would make it possible to use custom with big icons for trinket/talent procs, and a smaller version of the raid-wide debuffs/buffs.
  
• Make it possible to show both all debuffs and all buffs
  • Maybe only a bar to fill upp to 100% if all buffs and/or debuffs are filled for the raid.
    
• Posibility to announce to raid (or officer-channel or even a other custom channel) when someone switches specs with what debuffs/buffs gets lost for the raid.
  

Please provide any additional information below.
I use Utopia and all of it's modules for every raid and I raid about 4-5 times a week. So if there's some testing that needs to be done, I'll gladly help. I play on EU.Twilight's Hammer PVP.

2) Have you tried the dual frame option for buffs and debuffs?
3) You mean like it already lets you know itself, you want maybe a clickable link in that text that'll report it to raid. I expect doing all of them would be far too spammy for most dweebs.
