1. Deadly poisons apparently were merged in the Shattering http://www.wowhead.com/item=43233#comments:id=1175225
Update 614: tinsert(classSpells, {id = 57970, type = "debuff"}) -- Deadly Poison IX
with new ID 43233
2. Seems ditto water shield:
Update 633: tinsert(classSpells, {id = 57960, type = "buff"}) -- Water Shield
with new ID 52127
3. Can't find any info on it, just a lua error from here:
?? 641: tinsert(classSpells, {id = 53736, type = "buff"}) -- Seal of Corruption

http://www.wowwiki.com/Seal_of_Corruption was removed in 4.0.1
