Description/Stack Trace:

1) I'm not quite sure whether it's always or just sometimes: When I'm infight, I cannot target any player by a click on his/her name in the warning display.  

2) This seems to be alwys the case: Players from my own realm cannot be targeted by a click on their names in warning display. 

There are barely any other players from my realm I meet in open world but now I'm quite sure that the same realm is the reason why some players cannot be targeted. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Get infight and try to target a (hostile) player by a click on name on waring display. 

2) Find a (hostile) player and target him/her via warning display.
