    So it looks like carbonite tracking is still around (and still has more users than vanaskos :-(...) But the communication system has changed somewhat. The zone channels are now based on AreaIDs instead of map continent/zone. And the chat messages are a bit different.

    It doesn't look like it's that much work to switchover to the new format.
