-changed the default messages. Due to a technicality your old messages were overwritten by these new messages! You can change them back to your old owns.
-Added "atypical interrupts": These spells don't trigger the appropriate SPELL_INTERRUPTED event by blizzard making them impossible to track a successful interrupt. They are now tracked to check if these spells "influenced" an enemy. If so a message will be posted. Examples for atypical interrupts: Arcane Torrent(Bloodelf racial), Cobalt Frag Bomb (Engi bombs), Frag Belt (Engi belt enchant)

-added options to let the user decide where to activate the addon. Following zones are defined (bg, arena, dng, raid-ini, cm, any other zone). BG and Arena are deactivated by default, everything else is activated.
