- bugfix: the white flash (shown when a rune just got ready) wasn't shown at the correct rune when 'rune sorting' was active
- added "Fill effect": the last x seconds before the rune gets off cooldown a 2nd bar fills up above the normal bar. Look in the option panel to adjust the settings. It's active by default.
- cleaned up the option panels

added a function for the 'hide when out of combat' feature. You can choose to still show it when a target is set although you're out of combat
