- Add standard AceDB profile support. Old settings will be imported to per-char profile if present. (Once, obviously)
- Windows displaying a disabled/nonexistant module will now stay tuned to that module and grayed out, not jump to some other module
- Show/Hide all windows will no longer change configuration settings. Action is simply:
1) Close all windows
2) Show windows that are configured to be on

Violation: add levels to the violationUsers table and adjust UserViolation call to accept an option third argument for level check. Modules need no change for this. Level implemented for Violation broaddcast, DMM broadcast and no level will ever have to be set for combatlog, it's implicitly 0
