VisualHeal 4:
- Simplified version scheme (major version + revision of HealComm lib)
- New feature: Sticky HealBar. If enabled (/vh stickyhealbar), the HealBar will stay on screen after the heal completes, continuing to show all target health and incoming heals. Can be dismissed by right-clicking it.
