Can't get WIM to show up on my fubar like before the patch, and also the tabs window mode.. where all the whispers stacked is not there?

Am i missing these options somewhere?

WIM not only crashes WoW for me on window minimization but, every time a new window is created, all of WoW freezes for a good 2-3 seconds. Auctioneer's not even this bad at the finish of an entire Auction House scan for me and I'm almost certain that Auctioneer deals with an exponentially larger amount of information than WIM.

Also, add my vote to the "Give me my tabs back please!" petition.

is it juast me or does wim causes wowerror ocassionally?
im getting wowerreror whem im clicking the minimze bottom of the chatwindow

and by the way why isnt there the tabs option anymore?
i loved that

It's not just you Kiryana -- WIM crashes WOW on a constant basis right now. When I disable WIM, WOW works fine. Re-enable WIM... crash central.

WoW crashes due to an access violation whenever I minimize WIM, as well. I don't seem to get this crash at all if not using WIM. I was using version 3.0.2b of WIM.

It might just be an interaction between WIM and some of my other addons, as I haven't tested *only* using WIM, but thought I'd post here just in case. :)

In general, though, great add-on! I really like the new look, too, and can't wait until I can use it again. =)

Yes, this mod crashes WoW when you try it "minimize" a window. After several versions it's still not fixed.

And I also second the lack of a tab option. That was the main purpose of using it for me. Without it, this mod is for all intents and purposes worthless to me. Please fix the crashing and add a tab option. I don't want 5 windows cascaded across my screen. I can't imagine anyone would. Put the tab options back.

If there is someway to make it so you can disable the minimize animation via an option that would fix many of the god awful problems this once great addon is currently having. As well as a tabbing option as well, rather than having it ultra hidden by needing to drag windows over each other

Maybe you could work it in with one of the media player addons for WoW and show what song another user is listening to.

Also how do I get chat logging working? doesn't seem to show anything in the chat log menu. While this isn't a necessity, its a useful feature. Keep up the good work, can't wait till the next release.

Id just like to say for all the people that are missing the tab function that it still exists it's just sort of hidden. What you have to do is while holding shift, move one of the windows over another and they will merge.

Ps.
I'm looking forward till a newer and much more improved version of WIM is released.

Im not commenting on tabs anymore. scroll down, read.
shortcut bar can be disabled. look in Whispers display options.

Note to all. Sometimes you can get a response a lot faster simply by reading.

Thank you. I consider WIM one of my top five "must have" addons and always one of the first I try to update after a patch.

A few issues:

1. Each sender gets their own window instead of tabbed window. I can't seem to set my preferences to "tabbed" anywhere. Am I missing something?

2. Also having issue with the "invite," "ignore," etc., buttons down the side of each window. I'd like to turn these off by default. Again, can't find where I would do this.

Is this how the new version of WIM works, is this still being worked out, will this be added in future releases, or am I just looking past these options in the config window?
