    added lesser invasion points, >5 ppl for epic WQs:
    * first part of "lesser invasion point" scenarios (button group added, notification popup still to come),
    * epic world quests are no longer listed under "World Quests" but "Raids: World Bosses" instead to get around the 5 player limit
    * small fix: disable WQA for those quests where internal information is not available (currently only Kosumoth)
