Change "Autoloot Coin" to "Autoloot Currency", function as expected

    - Clean up global leaks (Thanks Foxlit!)
    - Change "Autoloot coin" to "Autoloot currency", and function similarly
    - Use prototype tables instead of local methods for rows and the frame Reorder references to their creation point instead of the end of the frame creation method
