More user-friendly controls for module anchors

Xuerian:
    - Stacks: Show as well as hide on data update (So that anchors show when defaults are restored)
    - Stacks: Refactor to Prototype instead of local functions
    - Stacks: Replace ambiguous close "X" with a "hide" button with appropriate tooltip
    - Group: Code tweak
