Group alert fixes and improvements

Xuerian:
    - Group: Gradients apparently got fixed at some point, add them to skinned alerts
    - Group: Control loot upgrade and money alerts as well, handle them all more gracefully .. Not guaranteed to play well with anything else that touches these frames.
    - Group: Fix some errors when configuring and frames are visible
    - Group: Loop tweaks
    - Group: Fix hook_alert and hook_bonus options
    - Options: Fix font flags options
    - Fix potential issues due to misuse of expressions as ternary operators
