Link All fallback to party with raid selected, avoid Master error when user-defined channel does not exist

Xuerian:
    - Updates to test rigging (what little there is)
    - Stacks: Hide frames while messing with anchors
    - Master: pcall SendChatMessage to cheaply workaround errors if the user has not joined their specified channel
    - Frame: Automatically fall back to party if link all setting is raid[warning], but not in party
