Fix tradegood looting, disable features incompatible with Legion prepatch for now

Xuerian:
    - group, monitor: Adjust anchor default positions
    - frame: Trade Goods are now Tradeskills. Adjust accordingly.
    - Bump TOC
    - Update license info
    - Temporarily disable features known to be broken by prepatch
    - frame: Fade auto button a bit by default
