- Reorder the levels of the frames.  Draw the text on top of the button now.
- It looks like something can't have a FrameLevel lower than 1 level of the parent.

XPBarNone:
- XPBarNone is working.  The hidden text is because Blizzard seem to have fucked something up and my :SetFrameLevel()s are being ignored.  Know a work around for their shit?  Have I screwed it up somehow by not changing it for months? Let me know.

- Add option the initially show Rep or XP bar, based on player max level. This option is for those, that use the same profile for multiple characters (the default).
