    - Fix max reputation levels for friendships. Fight Club rep should display correctly now.
    - Fix auto tracking of guild reputation. Blizzard now use GUILD instead of GUILD_REPUTATION in the COMBAT_TEXT_UPDATE.
    - Right-clicking faction headers that have reputation in the rep tooltip will now track those factions.
    - Use LARGE_NUMBER_SEPERATOR for separation of thousands, instead of hardcoded comma.
    - Allow tracking reputations that are also headers.
