XPerl: Improved clarity of the buff cooldowns by enabling the leading edge of the graphic. Sadly, this is not optional without editing the XML as they've not provided means to toggle this programatically. And I wasn't prepared to create 2 templates for it.

XPerl: Fixes to LibQuickHealth-1.0 support to reflect changes in library, and now uses GUID maps instead of loops for updates.

XPerl: Added LibQuickHealth-1.0 support. XPerl does NOT include any Ace based external definitions, but it will attempt the load the library if present. So all you need to do is have it downloaded from wowace and it should work.
