XPerl: Added curses to Shamans curable debuff types for debuff highlighting, and fixed rare problem when LibQuickHealth reports target at a fixed health value. Seems it gets stuck at times, so we're bypassing LQH now for enemy targets.

- Blizzard ComboFrame is still not functional; to show combopoints select 'Display Combo Point Bar' *or* deselect both 'Blizzard's Combo Points' and 'Display Combo Point Bar'.
