XPerl: Proper checking for vehicles now, so should always show "<Playername>" for raid members in any vehicle.

XPerl: More raid pets fixes. Yes, it pops up some error when a bunch of frames are created in combat. No, it's not my fault. Will need a fix from Blizzard to sort that one out. Note: Players on vehicles (ie: in Malygos) are shown as "<Playername>" instead of their mount name.

XPerl: Tidying of new Raid Pets coding, and a couple of small fixes. Should behave nicely now, and should work for Malygos vehicles.

XPerl: Change to Raid Pets to allow any class to have a pet. Now uses raid pet secure header and should work for Malygos (needs some testing before I push this as a release).

XPerl: Version bump to 3.0.2.
- Added threat display for party and focus frames, to work based on your target.
- Fixed a few issues with vehicles (will only now show intended vehicles, and not ones such as being in the air at Malygos' Vortex, or on a Hog/Mammoth).
- Fixed combo points now show correctly for vehicles.
- Changed health display of large numbers improved to cater for VERY large numbers (Like Sappiron's 13 million). Will now show 13.0M/13.0M. At lower 'current' HP values, the suffix will change and you'll get 123.4K/13.0M, until it's under 100k and then it's shown as 12345/13.0M. So now instead of seeing you wiped at 1%, you'll be able to gauge the precise amount by which you sucked.

XPerl: Added curses to Shamans curable debuff types for debuff highlighting, and fixed rare problem when LibQuickHealth reports target at a fixed health value. Seems it gets stuck at times, so we're bypassing LQH now for enemy targets.
