Many 4.x bugfixes & codechanges for Basic 4.0 support.
Range checker now marks players in vehicles (such as gunship cannons) out of range.
Known issues:
4.0+
No UI for holy power (paladins)
no UI for elcypse (balance druids)
Xperl tooltips do not function yet (such as xperl info, buff info, etc)
Right clicking off buffs will cause a taint in 4.0. (It was changed to a protected function to prevent addons from being able to cancel buffs for you) Disable xperls player buffs and use blizzards :\.

Tutorial is pretty fubar. Don't enable it or try to use it.
Some user interface options overlap in settings.
Trying to use menu item "Setfocus" causes taint. (This is a blizzard bug that affects ALL unit frame addons that has no known work around. Use /focus instead of menu).
