Changes:
*Obsolete code cleanups/removal
*Raid role icons supported on raid frames
*Fixed several nil errors that could happen.
*Possibly fixed (or at least reduced) frequency of druid portrait not updating.
*Fixed player potrait not showing on login.
*Updated custom highlights defaults to include all noteworthy spells in Dragonsoul (just hit "raid" in options, then "configure" under custom highlights and then hit "defaults" to include the new DS defaults if you haven't customized em yourself)
*Switched to using Blizzard-supplied aliases for fonts used for the Aggro/Pet Aggro warning indicator. This should carry over for clients with character sets other than latin.
