Don't really know why Tharai committed that.
Probably because of a taint in 5.0.4 and it isn't here anymore.
This should fix bugs about Blizz Raid Manager not showing.
I haven't time to check if removing next line gets the taint back or if it just makes the Blizz raid organizer work again.

Loosen the check on UNIT_COMBO_POINTS in onevent, since it gets checked anyway in the function its self..
