NEW: Talents (as numbers or text) optionally shown for target under portrait. This defaults to OFF and you can enable it under target options. Note that there is a small delay between targetting and seeing the talents, but this is unavoidable because the talent data has to be requested from the server and takes time to come back.

Fixed: Player frame no longer nudges up and down when in bottom half of screen when druids shapeshift.

Fixed: Raid pets health percentage showed double %%.
