What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I just now got Bartender and decided to get rid of the xp and reputation bars and use the Zperl xp & rep bars, which feel nice to me.
There is still the artifact power bar left on my screen which I don't really know what to do with. I think you could easily add an AP bar to the Zperl features, and it would be a nice addition. It does not need to look any different from the already present xp & rep bars.

This suggestion comes with another one that is related to the xp and rep bars already present. I noticed that if you check the xp bar option on a max lvl character, it isn't automatically hidden and just shows a "0/717.0K" bar. I think it would make more sense if the bar was automatically hidden on max lvl characters. Same with the reputation bar, if you're not tracking any, it just shows "none watched". I think it'd be better if the bar was automatically hidden.
The logic behind this thinking is that if the user, like me, wants to have one general setting for all his characters, he would rather not have to go into the options and check/uncheck the boxes each time he switches from a max lvl character to a leveling one, or each time he tracks or not a specific rep.

Please provide any additional information below.
