No moveable enemy cast bar? #1751

    I love this UI, it has been my favorite since Vanilla WoW, but I was wondering why we don't have an enemy cast bar that could be moved? I get tunnel vision sometimes and I would like to see an enemy cast bar implemented it would help in PvE and PvP if you could see a cast bar that was able to be moved so you could see it being cast instead having to look up at the portrait and see if they are casting. would help with people with certain int interrupts, like locks, mages and warriors ect.

    Also will be good to see Spell icon near cast bar (like in default interface)
