Also i just noticed that in the error pain it had "Error: AddOn *TaintForced* attempted to call a forbidden Fuction (FocusUnit()) from a tainted execution path.

...is it looks like BZ had blocked this function again on Patch 3.2.2?... :(

This works when X-Perl is alone, another mod is tainting your menu system. X-Perl uses blizzards menus, and can do nothing about other mods interfering here. When X-Perl was getting it wrong, it would say "Addon: XPerl attempted to bla bla". This is clearly not the case here.

Are you sure??? This is just xperl and its giving me an error with JUST xperl loaded... saying TAINT FORCED... has been blocked by an action only available to the blizzard UI.. This is just with Xperl loaded.
