ZOMGBuffs:
- WotLK compatibility.
- List width option now is exclusive of any icons that are shown, so will always have a consistant name and buff bar length. (Your initial setting will look wider until you change it)
- UTF-8 mini library added so that Paladin initials at top of list do not get mangled with non English characters.

ZOMGBuffs: Fixed icon alignment problems in raid popup for blank icons. Seems hidden textures do not obey anchoring rules as well as shown and blank textures.
