ZOMGBuffs: Resolved PP comms problem with it not picking up Kings. Fixed a problem with portalz module occasionally freaking out. Some initial patching to make it work for PTR (kings for all), will do it over properly once we're live and I can drop the old code. Added Seal of the Martyr.
