ZOMGBuffs: Fixed an issue with the popup list sometimes getting an action blocked (if new members were created since you last saw it and you attempt to open it in combat). Added a quick hack fix for the sneak change to Mana Spring Totem now overwriting Blessing of Wisdom, it simply won't ask you to buff anyone with mana spring for the moment. Until of course, Blizzard realises the mistake and does the same as they did for Battleshout/BoM.

ZOMGBuffs: Resolved PP comms problem with it not picking up Kings. Fixed a problem with portalz module occasionally freaking out. Some initial patching to make it work for PTR (kings for all), will do it over properly once we're live and I can drop the old code. Added Seal of the Martyr.
