Lots of options moved from char to profile (please test these are saved properly etc)
Might have also addressed the AceTimer-3.0 message. Think it's a bit of a faux error with timers just being created right after destroyed and not giving it a chance to do a cleanup. But, ZOMG shouldn't have been doing that anyway.. so.. let me know, as I'm sure you will..

Ported to Ace3! A few menus need some attention for the new format in AceGUI options (templates, spell lists), and a couple of menu options seem broken, but I'll get to those next time I'm around (after Sunday).
Dropped usage of Dewdrop, as this implies Ace2.
Dropped usage of TabletLib, as this implies dewdrop (Using LibQTip now).
Locale files combined into singles, since the locale stuff is inserted at zip time by wowace site, there's no real need for convenient multi-file setup. Unless of course this breaks the zipper.. but I'm sure I'll find out about that soon enough.. har-har.
This port will remain alpha for a time while things are tested and fixed. Please do not complain about the menus and options being screwy, broken or otherwise fubar until at least next weekend after I've spent more time on it.

Fix issue with auto reagent buying. Had to make it aware of old items like Instant Poison kept in game for historical reasons. It'll count them now as part of the total before buying stuff.
Fix a saved vars issue with buffs that used to have a stack count, but don't any more (like Inner Fire).
