Fear Ward for Priests should be on highest refresh priority, as it is on a limited cooldown and the sooner it is refreshed the sooner you can reapply it. This is especially important in BG's, and slightly less but still very important in arenas (only less important because you rarely find chances to get out of combat long enough in arenas). Another spell I can think of that should be on highest refresh priority is Focused Magic for mages. Those are the only two that come to mind immidiately but there are undoubtedly others that could be set to higher priority, if this is possible within the confines of the addon framework.
