What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I cast Earth Shield I get an extra button to monitor and rebuff that person, but I can only click on the border of the button to cast.
The issue does not repeat when I use Fear Ward or Hand of Freedom and get the same type of button.

What version of the product are you using?

This issue has been happening sense the 4.0 patch.

But for some reason, 2 hours after posting this ticket, the issue went away.

There has been no update to this or any other addons I use and no changes to my UI.

So I guess please disregard this ticket for now.

That's very strange. I'll try to reproduce this, but it's odd that it only happens (intermittently) with one spell. The set up for the button should be identical no matter which one it's created for.

My first thought on this is that perhaps if you initially activated the icon when you were in combat which creates a non-clickable monitoring icon, you tried re-clicking and couldn't but didn't really notice when or why and then when you came out of combat (at which point ZOMG replaces the dummy icon with a clickable one) you happened to click it and it worked again?
