    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    I would like an option to pass through mouse-wheel zoom in/out when mousewheel buff is turned on, preferably only zooming when there is no buff action to do, but always zooming would be acceptable.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I like to use the mouse-wheel for zooming, but also like to use the wheel for buffing; so, a way of using the wheel for both would be great.
