    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Change the Expiry Prelude of Seals to anything >0
    2. Wait 0.1 Sec
    3. Back to 0

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead? No Prelude/Warning for Low-Seal Uptime!

    What version of the product are you using? The latest Alpha 2.03
