    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Mount up

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    It is telling me to always put it on when heart of the crusader is always on now as it is a passive. It should never ask me to put it on.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r15

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no error log just constant reminder
