What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set any of the four paladin seal spells to buff such as Seal of truth or seal of righteousness and a paladin blessing either might or kings
2.use key binding or mouse wheel binding to buff
3.use key binding again for next buff (supposedly)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should buff your seal spell than your blessing. Instead after using the seal zomg says again that the seal is needed, by hitting the key a second time it deactivates the seal instead. This loop continues indefinitely as the seals are now treated as the auras used to be.
