    - As events often arrive in random order, postpone processing to properly detect what happened.
    - Alerts: ignore selected group announcer in test mode.
    - Alerts: wait a bit before advertizing to the group addon channel.
    - Reordering pieces of code.
    - Alerts: better cooperation when several players of the group use AdiCCMonitor.
    - Locales updated.
    - Alerts: updated announce logic and added an option to ignore tanks.
    - Alerts: removed the "alternative symbol strings" since it is not useful anymore.
