Customizable unit frame addon.

How to configure the unit frames in 3.0

Press "esc" to open the options menu.

Press the "Interface" button.

In the interface options window, press the "AddOns" tab.

Select "AG Units" from the tree of available addons.

Press the "Open AG Units Options" button. This will open the AG Unit Frames options window.

(Alternatively, you can write "/aguf" in the chat.)

Hi guys,

I know there's still some things missing, like layouts for example.

I would have loved to keep the old version of AG Unit Frames up until I thought the new version was 100% ready, but 3.0 came out, so I had to put the new version up. The old version not compatible with 3.0.

That said, I feel that the new AG Unit Frames is much lighter than the old one, while being easier to configure, contains more modern features and so on. As soon as the glitches in the wake of 3.0 is smoothed out, I'm sure many of you are going to be pretty happy with it.

Regarding the missing layouts, the layout system was completely changed, which makes the old layouts incompatible. It is much better and dynamic now and allows for a lot more customization, It is unfortunate that I haven't had time to rewrite some of the old layouts like "classic". I really plan to.

Issues

There is a problem where party members won't be created correctly if they join while you're in combat. This is a bug in the Blizzard interface code and won't be fixed until they release a new patch. This affects all unit frame addons.

I was wondering if there is any particular way to force the portrait to one side or the other. My player portrait is on the left, target on the right and focus is on the left. seems a bit odd that they are all on different sides. I'd like to be able to customize them. any ideas?

Seems to be a problem with the basic interface, I cannot dismiss totems on my shammy. right clicking them under my bar has no effect. hopefully this can be corrected I love this addon but hate that i can't use it with my lil alt :(

I recently installed these unitframes and completely fell in love with them aside from two critical problems that I'm hoping either the author or someone else has a solution for:

1) When i enter a vehicle (ex. seige engine) my health bar doesn't switch to the vehicle's health, instead the vehicle is listed as a pet, labeled as player pet. In xperl, when you hop into a vehicle they swap.

2) The larger problem. In xperl, you can save profiles to specific layouts, notably, to assign unique locations for frames. This was extremely useful since, when I switch from windowed to full screen mode on my widescreen macbook pro, I could load a profile to realign all the frames.

Basically my problem is.. every time i login to my account, or swap from windowed to full screen, it seems like the frames are dealigned, and i have no way to compensate this. It seems like profiles in aguf don't assign locations to frames.

Any ideas for these problems?

Just a weird bug... Sometimes when I'm invited to a group I can only see one or a few people in the party frame. If I hover over where the other members should be, however, I get the yellow highlight.
A /reloadui seems to fix this, but it's kind of an annoyance. :P

What are you guys talking about?!? This addon is not working!

Since patch 3.2.2 myself and all my friends cant use it anymore. It does not display the target properly when selecting another target and trying to change the options has no effect.

This is a real shame because this is a very good addon and I realy want it to work again.

I use my raid frames in combo with "Clique" to taunt.

Is there a way to either recolor the "Color Red at Aggro" or the "Color By Class" for Death Knights?

Instead of right clicking the frame and selecting "Focus Target", target who/whatever you want to focus and type /focus.

My Fokus Target dont work with ag_unitframes =(
It says that its blizz´s job to make a fokus target. But even if i want the normal blizz fokus target i have to deactivate the whole addon..... =(

Any idea how to make debuff icon bigger? I'm having this kind of UI - http://images.wowstead.com/5329/302.jpg . My issue is I can hardly see debuffs, eventhough I have it under option on minimum per line (8).
Any suggestions?

You can actually take the number lower than 8 by clicking the number under the slidebar and putting a new number in. I have mine set at 5. I tried 3, and that was huge, lol. :) Hope it helps.
