Angry Keystones

Table of Contents

Adds additional information to the Mythic Keystone objective tracker.

Bonus Chest Timer

Adds a secondary timer next to main one to show time left for bonus chests. Shows in gold for time for 2 bonus chest, and in silver for time for 1 bonus chest. It also adds a line on the timer bar to mark when this will occur.

Extended Progress Bar

Shows more exact information on how much Enemies Forces progress is needed. Either displaying it as a more exact percent (24.19%) or as a numerical value (90/372), or both. Will also show on enemy tooltips how much progress they each give, after killing them once to learn how much progress they give.

Death Tracker

Will show an icon in the objective tracker with total number of deaths for the current run. Hover over it for a tooltip to show a breakdown of deaths per player, and the total time lost. It won't count deaths very far away from you that didn't show in the combat log.

Keystone Linking

Replaces Keystones links you see in chat from [Mythic Keystone] to [Keystone: The Arcway - Level 5], will also color it grey if it is depleted.

Auto Gossip

During Mythic Keystone dungeons it will automatically select gossip entries for you. For example for starting Odyn and his trash, and Court of Stars buff objects.

Also has an option to output the clue from Chatty Rumormongers to party chat during the Court of Stars event. Currently only available for English locales.

Options

Configuration options can be accessed with /akeys, or in the addon interface options panel. There is an option for auto gossip, format of progress bar, and whether to show progress value on enemy tooltips.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you disable hiding the objective tracker during boss battles?

This is caused by another addon, likely DBM, hiding the tracker during boss battles. To disable this, uncheck the "Hide watch (objective) frame during boss fights..." in the "Blizzard Disable & Hide" area of DBM settings.

I received an ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED error, can you fix it?

First try disabling the "Hide quest and achievement trackers during Mythic Keystones" and "Show objective tracker after Mythic Keystone completion" configuration options.

ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED very frequently doesn't accurately blame the correct addon. There is a reason that is not displayed as a standard Lua error by default, and you need an additional addon (like BugGrabber) to even see the contents of the message. If you really believe it is AngryKeystone causing the error and causes a defect to occur, please first verify the error appears with only AngryKeystones enabled and that it stops happening when it is disabled.

Anyone have advice?

The enemy forces raw number meter is not accurate, i.e. some mobs increase count by more than 1, so it effectively has no accuracy at all.

I can't see the affix schedule in the mythic dungeon tab. There is a thread from 5 or 6 months ago here on reddit where people are linking screenshots of a full schedule saying it is angry keystones that does it. Is this no longer the case?

Yea it was disabled initially when 7.2 hit because we didn't know the schedule yet. After we found it out I haven't had a chance to put it back in, I will try to release an update soon with it back.

I documented all the affixes groups since patch 7.2, and this week it turns back to week 1. So here is the new schedule:

Would love an update to this that hides the 7.2.5 death tracker (since it overlaps with the Angry Keystones death tracker and looks off).

In 7.2.5, blizz adds its own death tracker on the frameheader without details. If I disable the tracker from Angrykeystones, I couldn't tell who would be the one that dies most. It is possible to make an update that hide the default tracker if you enable it by Angrykeystones?

Happens in LFR all the time. After it happens my raid frames are useless.

Locals:

After a dungeon is completed, the timer disappears. Is there any way to keep it showing until I leave instance like in older versions?

Is it possible to have the other timers grayed out instead of removed? As in, I want to know how much time I missed the previous timers by. Thanks.

I'm not quite sure why this is happening but around 2 weeks ago roughly the % on trash mobs tooltip for kill count stopped working. Yes it is enabled. I reinstalled multiple times and even refreshed everything. Not sure how to fix this. Even after restarting and deleting old settings etc. then re-enabling them it still isn't working for me. Anyone else? Haven't added or changed any addons other than updating current ones I had previously.

Im not sure if its only me but the strata of the keystone frame is pretty low which let weakauras with default strata be displayed above the frame.

Would be a nice to have feature if angrykeystones could set the strata to be higher.

I've manually added

ChallengesKeystoneFrame:SetFrameStrata("DIALOG")

to SlotKeystone() in Keystone.lua but since Id have to edit it every time a new update hits it would be nice to have that as a stock feature.

Also any idea if the option to keep timer up after keystone completion will be coming back?

The strata is the one used by the default frame, the addon just makes additions to it.

That was removed because of taint issues with the LFG change. Which I don't think it is something I can work around.

Oh I didnt mean to say the addon sets a lower strata, I know its the default one. I meant it would be nice to have an option to change the default strata.

Angry Keystones isnt hidding the quest tracker anymore. Cant find the option either. Is there a way to bring it back?
