Antagonist is an Ace2 addon which creates timer bars to track your enemies' casting times, buff durations and cooldown times. This is an enemy cast bar addon. It will not track friendly players and it will not track your own debuffs/buffs and that will not change, that is beyond the scope of this addon.



A little more on how it works

Antagonist has three groups. These are: casts, buffs and cooldowns. Below is a description of each group.

Casts
Antagonist will replicate your enemy's casting bar. So when an enemy begins casting a spell, Antagonist will show the time left until the spell is cast. Please note: casting delays aren't taken into account as they are virtually impossible to simulate. If you interrupt the cast then the bar will be removed.

Example: A mage begins casting Polymorph, a bar will show you when he will finish casting Polymorph.

Buffs
When an enemy gains a buff, Antagonist will create a bar showing the duration of buff.

Example: A mage casts Ice Block, granting he doesn't cancel the spell early, a rogue can stealth and hit ambush as the bar runs out to ambush the mage just as he leaves Ice Block.

Cooldowns
When an enemy casts a spell, Antagonist will create a bar showing the cooldown time of the spell.

Example: A mage casts Blink, a rogue would know that now he can stun the mage without the mage being able to blink out of the stun.

Where is the GUI?
Type /ant config to access the dropdown menu.

Can you add boss timers?
There is a very good addon which deals with this already and I will not bloat Antagonist with features it was not designed for. In my opinion, BigWigs tracks boss timers much better than NECB and CTRA_BossMods combined.

Can you add the duration of my debuffs on enemies?
I did this in HostelBar. I will not do this in Antagonist. Antagonist is much more efficient than HostelBar because it does not track debuffs. This one section almost doubled the size of the code of HostelBar. It is a rather big and very frustrating can of worms to deal with. Chronometer is an addon which deals with your short buffs and debuffs you caused.

How do I make the bars show up under one anchor?
Simply change the showunder setting of each group through chat commands or through the GUI.

/ant group casts showunder 1
/ant group buffs showunder 1
/ant group cooldowns showunder 1

How do I hide the titles?
Simply change the title text to nil for each anchor's title by typing these chat commands. You must add the nil to the end. Or just clear the text box in the GUI.
